“The initial Quotation was done very quickly and comprehensive. Other quotes were around the same price but we had to wait 10 days longer in one case and in the other the owner had no empathy and didn’t seem to care much. His attitude was just another job. Our dates suddenly became fluid and then had to be changed and then changed again. The company dealt with this efficiently and gently knowing the stress we were under. The packers arrived as agreed and were there for four days in all. The logistics of what went onto vans first and last was amazing. Access for vans was narrow and tricky at both ends but the team delt with it very efficiently. Everything happened on time and as agreed. The team were outstanding. Many of them were very young and their manners and behaviour were exemplary. Some youngsters get bad publicity, not these boys. They couldn’t have worked harder or better and were a delight to be around. The weather was hot, but they continued everything with good grace and humour. Everything being placed in the new house exactly where we asked and the piano moved carefully and rebuilt perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
